This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or become a client, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Visible Intelligence (“we”, “us”) is a United States business. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. If you need our registered postal address, ask and we will provide it.

What we collect

When you use this website

• Information you give us when you book a call or send a message: your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you write in a message field.
• Technical information your browser sends automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you visit.
• Analytics and advertising data collected through cookies and tracking pixels, including from Meta, Google and similar platforms, so we can measure which ads and pages work.

When you are a client or a prospective client

• Business contact details and billing information.
• Access credentials and account permissions you grant us for your advertising accounts, CRM and related tools. We use these only to do the work you hired us for.
• Performance data from your campaigns and systems.

Conversations handled by our systems

Where we operate messaging or calling on a client’s behalf, the content of those text messages, emails, web chats and calls is processed and stored so the conversation can continue, so appointments can be booked, and so the client can review it. Calls may be recorded where the law allows and where notice is given. Automated systems, including AI assistants, read and respond to these messages.

If you are a member of the public who contacted one of our clients, that client controls your information and we process it on their behalf. Contact them directly, or contact us and we will pass your request on.

Why we collect it

• To respond to you and to book and confirm appointments.
• To provide and improve the services a client has engaged us for.
• To measure advertising performance and report on it.
• To send you information you asked for, and marketing you have agreed to receive.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Text messages and automated calls

We only send text messages and place automated calls to people who have given consent, or to people who have given consent to a client whose system we operate. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and ask for help by replying HELP.

Mobile numbers and consent records collected for text messaging are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing, and are not shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run parts of our operation for us, such as our CRM and messaging platform, our email provider, our hosting provider and our payment processor. They may only use it to provide that service.
• Advertising and analytics platforms, where you have accepted the relevant cookies.
• Anyone we are legally required to share it with.
• A buyer, if the business is ever sold, under the same obligations set out here.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and, with your agreement, cookies that measure traffic and advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary ones may stop parts of the site working.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and conversation records for as long as needed to answer you and to run the service, and after that only as long as the law requires or a legitimate business need exists. Client account records are kept for the length of the engagement and for the period our tax and accounting obligations require afterwards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to object to how we use it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including access controls and working with established providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear.
